Gilbarco Veeder Root Technician

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Berlin, VT, for a Gilbarco Veeder Root Technician. In this role, the technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining Gilbarco Veeder Root systems, including fuel dispensers and related point-of-sale (POS) systems. Responsibilities also include diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting system failures, providing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with industry safety standards. The position involves maintaining strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and clear technical communication.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic components of Gilbarco Veeder Root systems
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) system installation and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and protocols
• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technical certification or training in Gilbarco Veeder Root systems is preferred
• Previous experience in similar technician roles is a plus
