IT Intern

Overview

Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for employees, including desktop, laptop, and network services. Works under close supervision and follows documented procedures to provide timely support and escalation when needed.

• Provide support services to employees with technical problems involving desktop, laptop, or network services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot employee calls under close supervision.
• Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
• Organize and maintain IT resources.
• Lend IT support in areas such as active directory, analytics, and data center management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
• Familiar with Office 365, Microsoft Server 2019 and up, Linux, and various Windows versions.

• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Good people skills.

Provides IT support with respect and professionalism, prioritizes multiple projects proactively, completes tasks with a sense of urgency, is self motivated, detail oriented, works independently and collaboratively, and maintains a positive outlook.

40 hours per week.
