Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Data Scientist to join our team and play a key role in measuring, analyzing, and promote the performance of our people and the effectiveness of our operations . This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design operational KPIs, support data-driven decision-making, and apply advanced analytics including ML/AI techniques to uncover insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define KPIs and design and automate tracking.
• Deliver advanced analytics and predictive modeling across operations data.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track operational effectiveness.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with teams to define and refine key performance measures.
• Provide analytical support to business stakeholders.
• Run machine learning and AI models to generate operational insights.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Promote data quality and governance across operations datasets.
• Evaluate and report on operational effectiveness using robust data methods.
• Act as a consultant to teams in using data to improve decision making.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in data science roles, preferably with operations focus.
• Strong background in data manipulation, modeling, and visualization.
• Experience working with people data or operations teams.
• Solid understanding of machine learning techniques and their business applications.
• Experience with Snowflake a plus
