Functional Consultant ORSIM​/SIOCS

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Sessions
• Would be playing the role of an ORSIM (Oracle Retails Store Inventory Management) / SIOCS (Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service) Functional Consultant and SME
• Functionally Lead ORSIM/SIOCS Projects of any complexity
• Design, Estimate and build specifications to meet business objectives.
• Assess impacts of system changes and ensure effective delivery of application functionality and integration.
• Perform Quality Assurance
• Co-ordinate with onsite lead or client to carry out day‑to‑day operations of the project
• Train and assist other individuals and team

• 10+ yrs of total experience with 3+ yrs relevant experience
• Cloud experience is MUST
• Must have knowledge and working experience in Oracle Retail - Store Inventory management including understanding of the Architecture.
• Should have excellent knowledge on Configure / Customize the product to implement client requirements
• Should be able to document the Config documents, Functional design and should be hands‑on to do configurations in the system
• Excellent understanding of the data model of ORSIM. Working with Oracle/DB is BIG Plus.
• Must have done 2-3 store implementations and provided technical knowledge and guidance for the Oracle Retail modules especially Store solutions including integrations with other systems (Oracle Retail or Non-Oracle Retail)
• Requirements gathering and helping with solution architecture for components like item, foundation, store, UIN, etc.
• Deep understating of BI Publisher and its integration with ORSIM. Should have experience in creating new reports and integrating it with ORSIM
• Assisting different teams with key initiatives and enhancements
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Should be self‑starter and work independently
• Able to cope with tight deadlines and extremely strict timelines.
• Need to be able to interact with the end customer and collect requirements and map the requirements into the Oracle solutions
