Position Responsibilities:

• The Enterprise Agility Coach (EAC) is responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring at the Portfolio and Program levels for scaling Agile, partnering with the EPMO leader to develop best practices for guiding ITG and Business Leadership towards business agility.
• Serve as a role model and change champion for applying Lean & Agile principles and practices.
• Leverage coaching, mentoring, and training to drive Agile adoption and assist with organizational transformation.
• Work with organizational structures and culture to foster agile principles, advise on Agile Transformation, and provide training to leaders and teams.
• Coach, mentor, and train leadership in creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement, among other duties.
• Servant leadership with high emotional intelligence, strong communication, people skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong negotiation, organization, time management, presentation, training, and facilitation skills.
• Change agent with a history of driving change at scale, skilled at crafting questions and fostering team learning.
• Experience coaching Agile teams and Agile transformations at scale, BA/BS or equivalent.
• Preferred certifications:
  Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and others as mentioned.
• Experience in creating and delivering Agile training content, Scaling Agile transformations, Lean Thinking, Systems Thinking, and working with Agile tools.
