Build Your Net Suite Career with an Award-Winning Team

I'm working with a rapidly growing Net Suite Alliance Partner looking for a Net Suite Functional Consultant to join their manufacturing practice. This is an opportunity to be shaped and mentored by one of the most successful Net Suite teams in the industry, working on full lifecycle implementations for manufacturing and wholesale distribution clients.

The Company

My client is a multi-award winning Net Suite Alliance Partner with 18+ years of experience and 150+ Net Suite certified resources. They've won 9 Net Suite Alliance Partner Spotlight Awards across industries including AFA, Building Materials, Software & IT Services, Education, Financial Services, and more. In 2021, they were named Oracle Net Suite Partner of the Year for EMEA.

With over 1,000 projects delivered and a 98% successful go‑live rate, they're known for taking ownership of every implementation and helping clients achieve measurable results. This is a practice that invests heavily in developing their consultants, with access to modern tools, continuous training, and mentorship from certified experts.

What You'll Build

You’ll work on full lifecycle Net Suite manufacturing implementations, learning from experienced consultants while taking on real responsibility:

  • Lead requirements gathering and business process mapping sessions with manufacturing clients
  • Configure Net Suite manufacturing modules:
Advanced Inventory, Work Order & Assemblies, WIP & Routing, Demand Planning/MRP, WMS
  • Support implementation of advanced financial modules: NSPB and Suite Billing
  • Design and test functional solutions for manufacturing workflows
  • Support cutover activities, training, and post‑go‑live optimization
  • Work with clients in manufacturing and wholesale distribution verticals

You’ll be mentored through the full implementation methodology while building expertise in manufacturing‑specific Net Suite functionality. This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same tasks; you'll grow from supporting implementations to leading them as you develop your skills.

What You Need

Required:

  • 3-4 years Net Suite consulting experience
  • Strong understanding of Net Suite core functionality and implementation methodology
  • Experience with manufacturing or wholesale distribution clients
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into Net Suite configurations
  • Strong communication skills for client‑facing work
  • Remote work capability with flexibility for client travel

Massive Advantage:

  • Experience with manufacturing modules:
Advanced Inventory, Work Order & Assemblies, WIP & Routing, Demand Planning/MRP, WMS
  • NSPB (Net Suite Planning & Budgeting) experience
  • Net Suite certifications (ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation, Administrator)
  • Manufacturing or wholesale distribution industry knowledge
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience

Your Growth Path

You’ll join a practice that’s completed over 100 Net Suite Suite Success Manufacturing implementations, with deep expertise in helping manufacturers optimize supply chains, manage complex BOMs, and streamline production processes. The team includes 50+ Chartered Accountants and certified Net Suite experts who will mentor you through increasingly complex implementations.

This is a developmental role designed for someone who wants to become a manufacturing Net Suite expert. You’ll work alongside consultants with 20+ years of ERP experience, learning best practices for manufacturing implementations while building your technical and consulting skills. As you demonstrate capability, you’ll move into leading work streams, managing client relationships, and eventually owning full implementations.

The company operates on an offshore/onshore model, allowing them to remain cost‑effective while maintaining high quality. Most of their clients are referred by Net Suite or past clients, reflecting their reputation for successful deliveries. You’ll have access to AI‑driven tools, pre‑built integrations, and proprietary solutions that enhance your ability to deliver value quickly.

Expect to work on diverse manufacturing implementations: discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, assembly operations, and complex supply chain scenarios. You’ll gain exposure to industries from food & beverage to automotive to building materials, building versatile expertise that positions you for long‑term growth.

Interested? Let’s talk. I’d love to share more details about the company, their manufacturing practice, and how your Net Suite background could develop into deep manufacturing expertise.
