No degree is required to be eligible for this role; a Bachelor's is preferred. PMP certification is optional.

• Disqualifiers: Candidates without experience with backend databases will not be eligible for the role.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience with service backend databases. The best candidate is ready to hit the ground running.

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is owning the end-to-end lifecycle of value-based deliveries, a specific set of managed IP for customers.

• Key Projects: This role will contribute to supporting the visual design of the program as well as getting internal feedback, data reporting, and data insights.

• Maintain Speaker/Topic Schedule

• Create DRAFT Deck

• Prepare BoM

• Gather Scenario Validation from Domain Leads

• Get list of ODAs and On-Demand learning & Minal Merchant

• Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm:
The role will consist of a true blend of time in the data and heads down as well as time spent interacting with the team and collaborating to complete the necessary work. This will include creating reports, data analysis from those reports, gathering feedback from users of services through lots of meetings, and interfacing with various members of the team.

The role will work with internal tools to ensure information is correct or pull info for analysis. This role will only have occasional interaction with external customers and will be largely internal/field facing.
