Position Summary

Perfect Zero is looking for a Digital Manager to keep its online platforms operating as desired and ensure customers have a great experience. If you’re organized, tech-comfortable, and know how to keep an online store running smoothly - this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Keep the Website Running
  • Ensure product listings are accurate and up to date, including descriptions, pricing, and media.
  • Fix links when they break or appear incorrectly on the site.
  • Ensure the site is easy to navigate and use for customers.
  • Monitor site performance and flag issues when they come up.
Manage Online Orders and Inventory
  • Ensure orders flow correctly from the website to the shipping team.
  • Keep product availability up to date.
  • Track sales activity and flag anything that looks off.
  • Support rollouts of new products, promotions, and site updates.
Work with Our Systems
  • Use software tools (inventory, order management, etc.) to keep data accurate.
  • Assist in connecting website with other internal tools when needed.
  • Keep product data, files, and digital assets organized.
  • Troubleshoot backend issues before they impact customers.
Improve the Customer Experience
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall online customer experience.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve the user experience.
  • Support SEO efforts to improve product discoverability and online visibility.

Work closely with the marketing and operations teams on new rollouts.

Spot and Fix Problems
  • Identify inefficiencies in e-commerce workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Build repeatable documented processes.
  • Support ongoing improvement of online operations and reporting.
Qualifications Required
  • Experience managing an online store or e-commerce platform.
  • Comfortable working in a website backend (updating products, fixing listings, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and organization.
  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues.
Preferred
  • Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO or product ranking.
Compensation

$60,000 – $70,000 per year DOE.
