About the role GM Performance Power Units is looking for a skilled IFS ERP Developer to enhance our IFS Cloud environment. This role is essential for bridging the gap between business stakeholders, functional analysts, system administrators, and implementation partners. The focus will be on the design, development, customization, integration, and ongoing support of the IFS ERP platform.

• Design and implement solutions within the IFS ERP system to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful integration and functionality of the ERP platform.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the IFS ERP environment.
• Customize and enhance existing ERP functionalities based on user feedback and operational needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with IFS ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the IFS platform.
• Experience in system integration and data migration within ERP environments.

• Familiarity with IFS Cloud and its modules.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience with ERP customization and development tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

This position requires onsite work in North Concord, Cabarrus County.
