In-depth knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM

Strong knowledge of Agile PLM modules:
Product Collaboration (PC), Product Portfolio Management (PPM), Product Quality Management (PQM)

Agile PLM enhancement experience

Agile SDK experience preferred

Strong understanding of PLM business processes

Experience handling PLM integrations

Strong knowledge of Java, Web application development, Web services

Additional preferred knowledge:
Oracle PLM Analytics, Neo PLM, Global Vision

Java Agile PLM certification preferred

Act as a Technical Lead / Architect

Lead and manage a small team of approximately 5 members

Serve as the technical face of the team

Provide technical direction and guidance

Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills

Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders

Experience with application support and production environments

Strong experience with Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management

Troubleshoot application and integration issues

Perform issue analysis and resolution

Maintain application reliability and operational stability

Experience working in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry

Strong understanding of GxP compliance

Experience handling CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), Deviations, User Access Reviews, PR processes

Knowledge of industry-standard quality practices

Experience with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Quality management principles, Quality techniques

Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, FDA regulations, 21 CFR requirements, MHRA Annex 11

Subject Matter Expert-level knowledge of GxP, including GDP – Good Distribution Practice, GLP – Good Laboratory Practice, GMP – Good Manufacturing Practice

Strong understanding of Data Integrity requirements

Ability to ensure systems and processes comply with health authority regulations
