- Assisting clients with personal insurance policies (home, auto, renters, umbrella, etc.)
- Quoting new business and explaining coverage options clearly
- Processing policy changes, renewals, claims and cancellations
- Responding to client questions and service requests
- Maintaining accurate and organized client documentation
- Following carrier guidelines and agency procedures
Most daily tasks are structured and repeatable. This role requires responsiveness to client needs and the ability to stay organized in a moderately fast-paced environment.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to stay organized and manage tasks consistently
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License within 6 months (agency will support and pay for licensing)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
