About the RoleThe VP Supply Chain Americas is responsible for leading andoptimizingend-to-end supply chain execution across theUSregion. This role ensures cost-effective, reliable, and compliant delivery of products to customers whilemaintainingstrong operational discipline. You will overseelogistics, planning, inventory, and supplier performance, driving operational excellence today while strengthening future capability.
Working closely with Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing, you will drive performance outcomes while strengthening supplier relationships and managing risk across a complex regional network.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across the Americasregion
- Oversee freight,logistics, planning, and inventory management
- Drive cost control, DIFOT performance, and inventory integrity
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and risk
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver aligned business outcomes
You are a senior supply chain leader with deepexpertiseacrosslogistics, planning, and operations within complex environments. You bring a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate plans into measurable outcomes.
With a focus on cost, service, and risk, you are comfortable leading through complexity while building capability across teams and systems. You lead with clarity and accountability, influencing stakeholders and driving performance across geographically dispersed teams.
You Will Bring- Extensive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or operations
- Expertise across freight, planning, inventory and logistics execution
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with focus on cost and service
- Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations and functions
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related field
