What You'll Do:

As an integral part of their team, you will:

• Manage Documentation:Receive, review, and process import documents to ensure smooth shipments.
• Track and Trace Shipments:Keep clients and sales teams updated on shipment status.
• Ensure Accuracy:Process and distribute documentation timely and accurately.
• Provide Solutions:Obtain competitive quotes and identify the best transportation methods.
• Coordinate Customs:Work with brokers and carriers to manage clearances and examinations.
• Build Client Relationships:Communicate effectively with overseas agents, transportation agencies, and sales teams to maintain strong professional connections.
• Streamline Processes:Continuously seek cost-reduction opportunities while maximizing revenue.
• Prioritize Customer Satisfaction:Uphold high standards of service and professionalism.
• Handle Billing:Maintain shipment files and ensure billing accuracy within deadlines.
