As a valued member of the Coral Tree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
- Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement
- An employee assistance program.
- Paid time off/sick time
- Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match.
- Team member free room night program.
- Ensure all guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment meet Outbound Stowe’s high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and functionality.
- Assist housekeeping with linen delivery, trash removal, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Perform light cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, or wiping down surfaces in guest or public areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest calls and requests, from delivering extra items to resolving minor maintenance issues.
- Provide friendly, solution-oriented service with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Complete small repairs and upkeep tasks including unclogging toilets, touching up paint, replacing light bulbs, fixing loose fixtures, and resetting smoke detectors.
- Conduct visual inspections of rooms and public areas, reporting or addressing maintenance issues proactively.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and assist with general repairs under the direction of the Maintenance team
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in housekeeping, maintenance, or hospitality preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to keeping spaces looking their best.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and work on feet for extended periods.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
