. This full‑time position is responsible for interior and exterior cleaning and sanitizing of all common areas at the resort, including offices, restaurants, shops, parking lots, and restrooms. Additional duties include reporting Lost & Found items, identifying service issues, and assisting with special projects as required.

• Perform cleaning, sanitizing, and stocking of common restrooms.
• Clean and remove trash from all office areas.
• Clean exterior and interior glass of all shops, offices, and restaurants.
• Carry out other duties as determined by management.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous custodial experience preferred.

• Valid driver’s license (required).

• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks.
