Carpet Technician

Overview

Our carpet cleaners (carpet crew) are responsible for the appearance and cleanliness of all carpets throughout the resort. This includes carpets within the resort buildings, the owner condominiums, and the hallways of all buildings. As part of the carpet crew team you will operate portable equipment. Carpet cleaning is performed on both a regular seasonal schedule and as needed to remove any spots or spills.

Upholstery and drapery cleaning services are also performed by our carpet crew using the same equipment. Our carpet crew takes pride in their work and the guest service that they provide. This is a year‑round position.

• Operate portable carpet cleaning equipment to clean carpets across resort facilities.
• Perform upholstery and drapery cleaning using the same equipment.
• Maintain high standards of appearance and guest service for all carpeted areas.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and insurance to operate resort vehicles.
• Depen dable with reliable transportation to work.
• This is a year‑round position; willingness to work on a regular seasonal schedule and as needed for spots/spills.

• Experience in carpet cleaning or hospitality maintenance is not required but preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and insurance as required to operate resort vehicles.
