Northeast Kingdom Human Services (NKHS), Newport, Vermont
Northeast Kingdom Human Services, an established non-profit agency providing developmental, behavioral health, children, youth and family services to local community, is looking for a CFO, or a seasoned Controller or Finance Director ready to take the next step in their career.
The CFO serves as a key strategic partner to the Executive Director and senior leadership team, providing leadership and direction for all financial operations for NKHS and is responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial strength and long-term sustainability through sound fiscal management, strategic planning, and disciplined execution. Ideal candidate will have 8+ years of accounting and financial management, excellent management skills, strategic focus, change and operations management experience.
Non-profit management experience is preferred but not required.
