Service Manager​/Ops Director

Lamoille Valley Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager/Fixed Ops Director to lead our service department and fixed operations team. Located in Hyde Park, VT, this key role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while optimizing operational efficiency and profitability. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong management skills and a passion for the automotive industry.

• Oversee all aspects of the service department and fixed operations, including service, parts, and warranty administration.
• Manage and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Implement strategies to improve service processes, customer retention, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze service department metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, safety standards, and dealership policies.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to foster a collaborative environment and drive overall dealership success.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.

• Proven experience in automotive service management or fixed operations leadership.
