OneStream Planning Manager

Henderson Drake is partnering with a global, top-tier One Stream partner to hire an experienced One Stream Planning Manager to strengthen its U.S. delivery capability.

This role sits at the intersection of FP&A expertise, hands-on One Stream delivery, and team leadership
. You’ll lead complex planning engagements, work closely with senior finance stakeholders, and guide consultants delivering enterprise-grade planning solutions that genuinely influence decision-making.

You’ll take ownership of FP&A-focused One Stream implementations, balancing solution design and delivery with people leadership. This is a visible role for someone who enjoys shaping planning strategy while staying close to the build.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of One Stream Planning solutions (budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning)
• Translate FP&A requirements into scalable, high-performing One Stream designs
• Act as a trusted advisor to finance leaders across multiple client engagements
• Manage and mentor consultants, driving quality and consistency across delivery
• Oversee solution architecture, data models, cube structures, and business rules
• Partner with IT teams to ensure smooth ERP and data integrations
• Guide clients on optimisation, roadmap planning, and platform evolution

• 5+ years of hands-on One Stream implementation experience, with a strong FP&A focus
• Proven delivery of budgeting, forecasting, and planning solutions at scale
• Strong functional finance knowledge across planning, variance analysis, and performance management
• Experience leading project teams or managing consultants
• Confident communicator able to bridge finance and technical discussions
• Comfortable managing multiple work streams in parallel
• One Stream certification is a strong advantage
