Field Operations Manager
At Lux Brush Painting Company, we're looking for a Field Operations Manager to lead production across high-end residential painting, carpentry, and home services projects throughout Southern Vermont.
This is not a desk job. You'll be on job sites, in trucks, leading crews, solving problems, protecting margins, and helping shape how a 29-year-old company continues to grow.
What You'd Own
- Daily production & scheduling
- Crew leadership & accountability
- Quality control & client satisfaction
- Labor, materials, and profitability
- Improving systems that actually matter
Not "coordinate." Own.
Why This Role Stands Out
- Established 29-year company with strong reputation and steady work
- Leadership seat with real influence
- High-end projects and professional standards
- Relocation package or company-supported housing available
- Company vehicle, phone, and tools included
- $65K–$85K base + performance incentives
- Total compensation potential: $90K–$110K+
This Role Is For Someone Who
- Takes ownership naturally
- Leads crews without losing them
- Understands both people and numbers
- Has 5+ years in painting, construction, or trades operations
- Wants to build something better — not just maintain chaos
Here's The Bottom Line
If you want a low-responsibility management title, this isn't it. But if you're the kind of operator who sees problems before they happen, holds high standards, and wants a real voice in how things run — this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
