Pay: $79,950-$93,674.25 annually. Sign‑on bonus: $5,000. 3 weeks pro‑rated paid vacation. 9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time. Full‑time position in a community mental health center in Springfield, Vermont. Health, dental, and vision coverage provided.
Position OverviewResponsible for clinical supervision and management of all outpatient services, supervising clinicians, team leaders, therapeutic activities coordinators, and IFBS. Must supervise family‑focused, trauma‑informed practices (ARC, TF‑CBT) and operate in a fast‑paced, childcare‑focused environment. The Clinical Supervisor/Area Manager reports directly to the Assistant Division Director and leads the clinical team in planning and implementing direct services to clients, ensuring high‑quality care across the region.
Qualifications- A Master’s degree and active license.
- 5–7 years of related experience, including 4–6 years working with children with emotional and behavioral disorders and community wrap‑around services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental illness, developmental disabilities, and ability to work with diverse populations.
- At least two years of managerial experience with strong leadership skills.
- Strong clinical and practice management skills, including EMR proficiency.
- Knowledge of agency policies, state and federal regulations.
