Parts Manager

Casey CDJR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Springfield, VT. In this role, you will oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, managing inventory, and providing exceptional service to support our service and sales teams. This position offers an opportunity to lead a critical component of our dealership while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Manage the daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate parts records and ensure timely availability of parts to meet service and sales demands.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules.
• Supervise and motivate parts department staff to achieve departmental goals and maintain high customer service standards.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to forecast parts demand and streamline parts flow.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to parts inventory and sales.

• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with computer software related to inventory and parts management.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive parts management are a plus.
