Northeast Kingdom Human Services has an opening for a Residential Team Leader. Provide the management and leadership to foster a stable and stress free setting in two staffed homes. Exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role and work in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.
Responsibilities- Assist the Program Manager in the overall operation of a Staffed Living Home.
- Assist the Program Manager in maintaining adequate staff to meet the requirements of the program, and to supervise, schedule and support staff in the exercise of their duties.
- Provide for the physical, emotional, therapeutic and adaptive needs of the consumers, including but not limited to physical care, training, assistance in daily living skills, and care and supervision of all activities of daily living.
