Production Operator 1st shift

Our plant in Cabot, VT, crafts milk from Vermont and New Hampshire farms into Specialty VT Cheddars, Flavored and Light Cheeses, Cultured products, Greek-Style Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, and Sour Cream.

We are seeking full-time Production Operators to join our manufacturing team across multiple departments. Responsibilities will vary depending on the area of work. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs, stand for up to 10 hours a day, and perform frequent stooping, kneeling, walking, and crouching.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $22.99 per hour, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and pension plans. Employees working shifts that are more difficult to fill, such as second, third, and weekend shifts, are eligible for additional supplemental pay. All hours worked between Friday at 11:00 pm and Sunday at 11:00 pm will receive an extra $3.00 per hour.

Supplemental pay can be stacked and is in addition to shift differentials but not subject to overtime.
