A global leader in precision injection molding is adding skilled Process Technicians to its medical device manufacturing team in Royalton, Vermont. Shift Schedule – 12‑hour shifts on a rotating 3/4 day cycle:

  • B Shift: Sun–Tue + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM
  • D Shift: Thu–Sat + every other Wed, 6PM–6AM

Shift placement based on current openings.

Your Day‑to‑Day
  • Set up, operate, and optimize injection molding machines, molds, and materials to maintain consistent product quality
  • Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate GMP‑compliant documentation
  • Troubleshoot and repair molding and auxiliary equipment as issues arise
  • Start up new jobs and respond to production needs throughout your shift
  • Conduct routine process audits and uphold 5S standards
  • Work alongside Process and Manufacturing Engineers to resolve technical problems
  • Monitor scrap, manage material flow, handle mold sets and pulls, and submit maintenance requests
  • Analyze production data to flag improvement opportunities
  • Support and mentor junior team members when leading shift operations
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of hands‑on injection molding experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or comparable quality systems
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read and complete technical documentation and production logs
  • Solid basic math and production analytics skills
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime
