Our client is a leading manufacturer committed to producing high-quality products that support essential industries and frontline professionals. They are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Manufacturing Supervisor:

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to safety guidelines
• Manage and support a team of approximately 15 staff members, including performance reviews and training
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Lean manufacturing and 5S activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve operational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation for staff attendance, performance, and training
• Ensure production schedules are met and communicate issues to management promptly

Your skills and experience:

• Associate degree in Business, Management, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Mechanical aptitude and experience with injection molding preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail
