Location: Essex Junction
Production Technician – Essex Junction, VT
Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts | $20.95/hr
Join a hands-on production team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll operate and monitor high-speed equipment, support daily production tasks, and help maintain an efficient, high-performing environment.
Schedule- Shift: D2 – Fri, Sat, Sun + every other Thurs
- Hours:
6:00 AM–6:15 PM - Overtime/holiday work may be required.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Support production activities, data tracking, and standard work.
- Participate in problem-solving and improvement efforts.
- Suggest ideas to improve productivity and quality.
- Ability to learn mechanical processes quickly.
- Manufacturing/mechanical experience helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive mindset.
- Lift 35 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally.
- Stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout shift.
- Frequent kneeling, squatting, climbing, twisting, overhead reaching.
- Work in varying temperatures/humidity.
