• Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts
• Plan and execute the sequence of cutting and finishing operations
• Use manual and computer-controlled machinery to meet production goals
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production logs and adhere to safety procedures

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to use precision measurement tools such as calipers
• Basic math and analytical skills for routine calculations
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
