Responsibilities
- Follows established cleaning procedures to ensure food safety and regulation compliance.
- Performs sanitation duties in the processing facility, including slaughter and processing equipment, safety items, and the walls, ceilings, and floors of the facility.
- Ensures the facility complies with USDA FSIS & HACCP requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in wet, hot, or cold areas with slippery floors.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a group.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
