Job Summary
Employees will work primarily on the production lines (S-1, S-2, S-3, and S-4, but not limited to these). The position requires operating machines or positions on the production lines. Standing, bending, crouching, reaching, walking, twisting, grasping, pushing, and lifting (10-45 lbs.) are all movements required by the job.
Employees will be trained on a machine/position and cross‑trained to run as many positions within departments as determined by management. They must demonstrate a strong work ethic, a drive for continuous improvements, and support of the Maple Grove team. Flexible hours are a must due to the demands of production and the nature of the products we produce.
CompensationBase pay range: $15.15 – $25.44 per hour. Final base pay will be determined based on role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the maximum of the salary range is uncommon.
