Full-time. We are a prestigious manufacturing entity, ranked among the Top Ten in our industry, located in the scenic heart of Vermont. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility specializes in plastic injection molding, and we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Process Technician.

• Operational Excellence
  :
  Oversee all compliance and processing activities within the designated shift. Ensure smooth execution of start‑up procedures, manage in‑process activities effectively, and adhere to precise shutdown requirements.
• Quality Control
  :
  Take charge of part containment and monitor scrap levels to maintain quality standards. Perform mold sets/pulls, handle materials with care, and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Process Improvement
  :
  Actively participate in our daily 5S and Process Audit programs, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and maintaining the highest standards of workplace organization and process efficiency.

• Experience
  :
  At least 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Process Technician, specifically in the plastic injection molding sector.
• Skill Set
  :
  Demonstrated proficiency in line clearance activities, process and robotic verification during start‑up, and adept at conducting in‑process mold preventative maintenance per the Process Binder's guidelines.
• Problem‑Solving
  :
  Capable of initiating work orders for mold, molding machines, and auxiliary equipment repairs, showcasing a proactive approach to maintenance and issue resolution.
• Knowledge Base
  :
  Solid understanding of 5S methodology and experience in conducting Process audits, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
