The Role

Regularly set-up and operate CNC routers to produce a wide variety of products with minimal direct supervision.

How You'll Make An Impact…
  • Set up and operate machines using appropriate tooling and materials to produce high-quality parts efficiently
  • Perform routine operator maintenance, maintain a clean workspace, and report any equipment issues to the Maintenance Department
  • Inspect and verify work, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure only compliant products are produced and shipped
  • Optimize machine setup and run times to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures, including managing impacts such as hazardous waste and dust emissions
  • Identify and report defects or process issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and take action to stop or adjust processes when results are not met
What Do You Bring…
  • High school or trade school diploma required
  • Ability to read complex blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and interpret quality and ISO documentation
  • Understanding of production processes, basic programming knowledge, and troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems, including timekeeping and relevant SAP functions
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts as needed
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as a fork truck and remote-control hoist, and meet physical job requirements
