Apparel Decorator (Embroidery)

East Coast Printers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apparel Decorator to join our dynamic team in the Embroidery department. • Learn various decoration techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and sublimation to apparel and accessories, focusing primarily in the Embroidery area.
• Review and interpret design specifications, artwork, and client requests to ensure accurate execution.
• Prepare garments and materials for decoration, including setting up equipment and ensuring proper alignment.
• Operate and maintain decorating machinery, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards before delivery.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to meet deadlines and achieve desired results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

• Proven experience in apparel decoration, including screen printing, embroidery, and/or related techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
• Ability to interpret design files and specifications accurately.
• Familiarity with decorating equipment and tools.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to machinery and equipment.
