Shift and

Schedule:

N2 | 5:55pm – 6:16am Friday‑Sunday and alternating Thursdays. Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving equipment reliability and overall maintenance performance at our Spartanburg manufacturing site. This role leads a team of skilled Maintenance Technicians while partnering closely with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver world‑class safety, quality, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, highly automated manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for developing high‑performing teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, reducing downtime, and ensuring maintenance processes are executed with discipline and consistency.

Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance
  • Lead and promote a culture focused on achieving zero injuries.
  • Conduct safety observations, audits, and training while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) requirements.
  • Ensure completion of all required regulatory and safety training.
Operational Excellence
  • Deliver best‑in‑class performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
  • Drive equipment reliability through preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance programs.
  • Partner with Operations, Quality, and Warehouse teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts to eliminate recurring issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Support and sustain TPM, standardized work, layered process audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain a highly engaged team of 10+ Maintenance Technicians.
  • Provide leadership support through maintenance planning meetings, business unit reviews, leadership meetings, and employee communication forums.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
Total Rewards
  • Targeted annual compensation range of $70,500 – $90,000.
  • Salary is paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably within food or beverage production.
  • Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Experience working with vendors and consultants to improve manufacturing performance and support operational objectives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
  • Experience with material batching systems and CIP/COP processes.
  • Experience in highly automated manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of TPM and Lean manufacturing principles.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES, InfinityQS, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and manufacturing performance metrics.
