Manufacturing Associate

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Operate various machinery to assemble and manufacture products efficiently and accurately.

+ Utilize small hand tools for assembly, disassembly, and inspection of parts.

+ Conduct cleaning and inspection of components to ensure quality standards.

+ Disassemble returned units, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a clean and organized work area.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and quality expectations.

+ Adapt to evolving production needs by learning new skills and processes.

* Qualifications:

*
* + High School Diploma or GED required.

+ Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.

+ Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

+ Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a team-oriented mindset.

+ Good communication skills and willingness to learn new skills.

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
