Job Location: In-Person (Multiple Locations Available), $23–$27/Hour (Based on Experience), 1st and 2nd Shift Openings, Full-Time, Excellent Benefits, $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our client is a leading manufacturer of personal care products, and they want you to join their team as a Production Lead.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)
2nd Shift: 3:15pm-1:45am (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday)

Your day-to-day as a Production Lead

Lead and support production staff to ensure efficiency and product quality
Monitor and maintain run rates, product specifications, and safety standards
Troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly in a fast-paced environment
Keep production lines running smoothly while supporting team development
Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous improvement

Your skills and experience

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to direct respectfully
Ability to multitask and remain effective under pressure
Energetic, flexible, and detail-oriented team player
Previous experience in manufacturing, customer service, food service, healthcare, or education is a plus
Open to hands-on work and solving challenges creatively
