E2 Shift – Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:50am – 7:00pm
E3 Shift – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:50pm – 7:00am

Production Operators play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating equipment, monitoring product quality, and ensuring products are packaged according to specifications. Previous manufacturing experience and mechanical aptitude are helpful but not required—we value a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support various production stations on manufacturing lines
- Read, understand, and follow product specifications and work instructions
- Start, monitor, and adjust equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Identify machine malfunctions and promptly notify the Line Leader, Supervisor, or Technician
- Inspect finished products and packaging to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Feed products into conveyors, hoppers, and other production equipment
- Remove, handle, and stage finished goods as required
- Climb stairs and ladders to monitor fill levels and replenish materials
- Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a safe work environment
- Replenish packaging materials, including labels, cartons, shrink wrap, ink, and other supplies
- Load materials into hoppers, spindles, or feeding devices as needed
- Accurately enter production information into the Redzone system
- Follow all safety policies and procedures and report any safety concerns immediately
- Participate in continuous improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and perform duties as directed by Production Supervisors and Team Leaders
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and detailed manual tasks
- Ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, squat, balance, carry, push, and pull throughout the workday
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
