WEIDMANN Electrical Technology, Inc. in Vermont seeks a seasoned Lean Six Sigma/Operations leader to drive continuous improvement at the St. Johnsbury manufacturing site. You will lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, and DMAIC projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years in manufacturing, and a Black Belt certification. Travel up to 10% is expected. Onsite position with full benefits.
