Our client is a large, established manufacturing company specializing in precision fabrication, machining, and assembly, dedicated to quality and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team.

• Assemble mechanical components and large structures according to instructions and drawings
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic shop equipment safely
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new processes
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and basic blueprints
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering heavy parts up to 50 lbs
