Peckham Industries is seeking a Yard Person/Plant Operator to support safe, efficient production of construction materials at our Northeast facility. In this hands-on role, you'll operate loaders and other equipment to move, load, and organize aggregates, asphalt, and related materials. Responsibilities include assisting with daily plant operations, basic equipment inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe yard. You'll work outdoors in all weather, follow strict safety procedures, and collaborate with a supportive, employee-owned team focused on quality, integrity, and community impact.
