What You’ll Do

As a Finishing Department Technician, you’ll ensure all teams have the resources they need to be successful at Atlas Gunworks. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tumbling
    :
    Operating tumbling equipment using various methods and formulas.
  • Sand Blasting
    :
    Blasting parts to ensure a clean finish to proceed to coating.
  • Parts Prep
    :
    Pre-blend various small parts for the sanding team, as well as blend core parts for a flush even finish.
  • Disassembly
    :
    Disassemble guns and package them to go to the finishing team.
  • Maintenance
    :
    Perform routine maintenance on various pieces of equipment.
  • Document & Package
    :
    Prepare gun kits and complete proper documentation.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
