A leading manufacturing company specializing in precision machining, fabrication, and finishing solutions for a variety of industries. They are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team.

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision metal components
• Review blueprints and work orders to plan and execute machining operations
• Monitor machine performance, perform basic programming adjustments, and maintain equipment
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met

• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read engineering blueprints and apply machine tool math
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other precision inspection instruments
• Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a collaborative team approach
