Our client is a leading manufacturing organization focused on precision machining, fabrication, and advanced production solutions. They are seeking a CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a CNC Manufacturing Engineer:

• Develop and optimize CNC machining processes to enhance production efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with design and production teams to implement effective manufacturing workflows
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations or defects
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times and material waste

Your skills and experience:

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for process design and CNC programming
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in a manufacturing environment
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control methodologies
