CRH - - Responsibilities:
Promote a safe work environment and support all safety initiatives;
Oversee material sales of ready-mix concrete;
Staffing, scheduling and ensuring timely delivery of cement and all other necessary supplies to plants;
Supervise all the employees assigned to work from the plant and will be responsible for discipline as well as driver and customer relations;
Oversee safety training of all employees reporting to the plant in each aspect of safety, inspecting the plant weekly and performing a daily maintenance inspection
