TSG – The Sheridan Group seeks a skilled Binder Operator to support our professional print and communications production needs. In this on-site role, you will set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment to produce high-quality reports, collateral, and advocacy materials for corporate, nonprofit, and association clients. You will interpret job tickets, manage finishing processes, and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Working within a collaborative, high-performance culture, you’ll coordinate closely with project and production teams while upholding safety, efficiency, and rigorous quality standards.
