• Oversee daily operations of the apparel print shop, including production schedules, quality control, and workflow management
• Manage and coordinate a team of printing technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
• Maintain inventory levels of printing supplies, apparel, and equipment, and coordinate procurement as needed
• Ensure all printing processes meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends and new printing technologies to keep the shop competitive and innovative
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

• Proven experience in apparel printing, screen printing, or related manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of printing equipment, software, and quality control standards
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic equipment maintenance
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
