Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and creative professional to support communications, content creation, and brand storytelling for Cognizant's Consulting business. This role sits at the intersection of consulting and marketing, helping bring our client impact, capabilities, and insights to life through compelling content and experiences.

You will partner closely with consulting leaders to develop and amplify client-facing content, including success stories, presentations, videos, and digital assets. This role will focus on translating complex consulting work into engaging, easy-to-understand narratives that resonate with clients and the market.

In addition, you will support internal communications and help maintain consistent messaging across the consulting organization. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to build skills in storytelling, design, and emerging content technologies including AI-powered tools.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation and Storytelling
  • Partner with consulting leaders to develop client-facing content including case studies, presentations, videos, and digital assets
  • Translate complex consulting work into clear, engaging, and visually compelling narratives
  • Support development of multimedia content such as short-form videos, leadership messages, and visual storytelling assets
  • Assist in creating content that highlights measurable client impact and business outcomes
  • Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand across all content
Marketing Partnership
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to amplify consulting content across campaigns, social channels, and events
  • Support creation of marketing assets aligned to consulting priorities including infographics, presentations, and digital content
  • Help maintain a central repository of approved content, case studies, and reusable assets
  • Assist in bringing consulting insights into external-facing content and campaigns
Internal Communications
  • Support development of internal communications including newsletters, leadership updates, and town hall materials
  • Help coordinate content across teams to ensure timely and consistent messaging
  • Identify and highlight stories across the consulting organization to showcase impact and team contributions
Tools and Innovation
  • Learn and apply new tools and technologies to enhance content creation, including AI-assisted writing, design, and video tools
  • Support creation of visually engaging content using presentation and design platforms
  • Stay current on emerging trends in digital storytelling, content creation, and client engagement
Measure and Content Management
  • Assist in tracking content performance and engagement across channels
  • Help maintain organized records of content, case studies, and reusable materials
  • Support reporting on content effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
  • of experience in communications, marketing, content creation, or consulting support roles
  • Experience working with professional services, consulting, or technology teams is a plus
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, or video editing platforms
  • Interest in learning AI and digital tools for content creation
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
