Job Title: Marketing PR Specialist
Location: Arlington, VA (On-site)
Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Create and maintain an editorial/content calendar to align with team needs.
- Produce and publish engaging brand‑aligned content across social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Facebook, Instagram).
- Manage daily posting and scheduling across all social media channels.
- Write, edit, and publish engaging content (copy, graphics, video).
- Design graphics and produce video content (concept, production, editing).
- Produce and edit a bimonthly podcast.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and trend research to guide content strategy.
- Track platform updates, emerging trends, and best practices to inform strategy.
- Track, measure, and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Support website updates, content maintenance, and organizational website requests as needed.
- Attend occasional organizational events to capture social media content.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.
- Proven track record of developing and executing content strategies across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube).
- Experience with short‑form video content creation and editing.
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Asana, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in content creation (copywriting, basic graphic design, and photo/video editing).
- Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Experience producing and editing podcasts.
- Experience coordinating or collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with CMS (Ingeniux or similar).
Must have a T1 or have the ability to obtain a T1.
