Fulfills the mission of Norwich University by overseeing Sales and Marketing for Kreitzberg Arena.

• Oversee and administer sales and marketing at Kreitzberg Arena, including building, Zamboni, dasher board, and ice advertising sales.
• Invoice advertisers and ensure payments are received in a timely manner.
• Oversee event promotions in collaboration with sponsors and athletics.
• Manage varsity ice hockey ticket operations:
  • Market and promote hockey tickets.
  • Analyze markets and identify opportunities for positive business relationships with local communities.
  • Identify, explore, and research new sales opportunities (season ticket, group sales, corporate sponsor ships).
  • Work with MCO to develop and maintain an up‑to‑date hockey ticket website.
  • Utilize social media to promote ticket sales.
  • Explore marketing tickets through corporate and community events.
  • Plan promotional campaigns (contests, giveaways) to boost brand loyalty and reach new customers.
  • Develop content for marketing materials (brochures, website, etc.).
  • Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into marketing efforts.
• Plan advertising campaigns using radio, social media or email to grow fan base.
• Manage online and in-person box‑office ticket sales, ticket-window operations, and complimentary tickets.
• Manage marketing, promotion and sales of varsity hockey season tickets, including:
  • Effective communication with season ticket holders.
  • Develop and execute marketing plan for season tickets.
  • Explore strategies for resale of season tickets for non‑attending holders.
  • Maintain and publicize season ticket waiting list.
• Reconcile ticket sales for each game within the required timeframe.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales figures and relevant accountability reports.
• Prepare and monitor the budget; prepare financial reports on advertising, tickets and concessions expenses and sales.
• Communicate effectively with Arena Concession contractors.
• Ensure equipment is fully operational and assist with facilitation of game‑day operations.
• Build client relationships, offering customized ideas with exceptional customer service.
• Solicit sponsorship for men’s and women’s hockey tournaments.
• Work with sponsors on tickets, conference gifts, tournament awards, etc.
• Work with sponsor, coaches and Athletic Director to plan and execute banquets and/or hospitality events.
• Interface frequently with public officials, local agencies, non‑profit organizations, event promoters, and the community.
• Collaborate with Arena Operations Manager to ensure maximum use of ice rental schedule.
• Attend all home Norwich Varsity Hockey games; oversee game‑day operations.
