Overview

The Vermont Rural Learning Collective (VRLC) places Ameri Corps members at nonprofit host sites in Vermont’s most rural communities. Members expand access to education, strengthen conservation and food security efforts, and engage local residents through hands-on programs. Service activities may include creating and leading educational programs, recruiting volunteers, supporting community outreach, maintaining gardens and trails, and coordinating food access initiatives. VRLC is a learn-by-doing program that provides members with personalized service experiences, training, networking, and professional development to support their educational and career goals.

You will be supervised and supported by VFFC’s Program Director.
